These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between OVSTAT — Overwatch Radar Chart Generator (hereinafter "the Site") and its users in relation to the use of services provided by the Site.
1. "The Site" refers to the website that provides the OVSTAT — Overwatch Radar Chart Generator service.
2. "User" refers to any member or non-member who accesses the Site and receives services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Service" refers to all services provided by the Site, including Overwatch stats analysis, radar chart generation, community boards, and related features.

1. The Site may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment, or disruption of communications.
2. The Site shall compensate for damages incurred by users or third parties due to temporary service suspension under Paragraph 1, unless the Site proves that there was no intentional or negligent conduct on its part.
Users shall not engage in the following activities:

2. Users shall not use information obtained through the Site for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it through reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the Site.
3. The Site may delete or refuse to post any user content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
1. The Site shall be exempt from liability for service provision when unable to provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
2. The Site shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
3. The Site shall not be liable for any loss of expected profits from using the Service, nor for damages arising from materials obtained through the Service.

Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between the Site and users shall be filed in the district court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing, or the user's residence if no address exists. However, if the user's address or residence is unclear at the time of filing, or if the user resides abroad, the lawsuit shall be filed in the court of competent jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure.
2. Korean law shall apply to e-commerce lawsuits between the Site and users.
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws or commercial customs.
